Our policies are designed to ensure fairness, clarity, and a smooth experience for everyone. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a professional and respectful booking process.
Deposits & Cancellations
Deposits: A deposit is required for all appointments and is non-refundable. This amount will be applied toward your total service cost. The deposit will be $20 that will go towards the balance of your appointment. If you need to cancel, deposits may be transferred to a future appointment when 48 hours notice is provided.
Cancellation Notice: Please give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled within the 48-hour window are subject to a $20 fee and will require a new deposit to rebook.
Managing Your Appointment
You can easily manage your appointments by creating an account using the same email you booked with. If you’re unable to make changes online, this is due to the 48-hour policy, and we kindly ask that you contact us directly for assistance.
No-Shows
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit and temporary suspension of future bookings. To rebook after a no-show, full payment of the missed service plus the new service will be required upfront. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time so we can provide you with the best possible service. Late arrivals will shorten your appointment time, as we cannot extend appointments beyond their scheduled duration.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of your appointment.
We accept cash, e-transfer and debit/ credit through Square.
Please note that cryptocurrencies are not accepted.

Booking with Our Artists
Please ensure you select the correct service provider when booking — Senior or Junior Lash Artist. Prices vary based on experience level. If the incorrect artist is selected, pricing will be adjusted accordingly.
For Returning Clients

Refill: 40%+ lashes remaining after 1–3 weeks.

Extended Fill: 20–40% lashes remaining after 1–3 weeks.

Full Set: Over 3.5 weeks (25+ days) or less than 20% lashes remaining.

Mini Fill: Within 7 days, with 70%+ lashes remaining. Less than 70% counts as a regular Refill.
For New Clients

Removal + Full Set: For those starting fresh or with another artist’s work (0–100%).

Foreign Fill: If you have 40%+ of another technician’s work.
Less than 40% requires a Removal + Full Set.
