Product Sales & Returns

All purchases at Lashed by SL are final sale — we do not offer refunds.
Exchanges are only available for products that arrive defective or damaged in their original packaging. Please note that once items leave our facility, we are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping.

 


 

Shipping & Handling

For your security, orders are shipped only to the billing address provided at checkout. Orders with mismatched billing and shipping addresses will be automatically canceled.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking link via email within 48 hours. All orders are shipped through Canada Post or FedEx.

Please allow 1–2 business days for processing. Shipping timelines begin once your order has been dispatched.

 


 

Important Reminders

  • During busy seasons (holidays, sales, etc.), processing times may be slightly longer — thank you for your patience!

  • Once your package has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. For lost or stolen packages, please contact the carrier directly.

  • For any concerns about your order’s contents or quality, please reach out to Lashed by SL directly.

  • We recommend placing orders in advance to avoid last-minute issues. We cannot refund or cancel orders due to carrier delays or pickup timing conflicts.

  • Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses that result in returned packages will require a re-shipment fee at the customer’s expense. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 


 

Stock & Inventory

We update our inventory frequently to keep our selection accurate and current.
In the rare case an item becomes unavailable after your purchase, we’ll contact you to offer a similar replacement or issue a refund for that item only. Once an order has shipped, no refunds will be issued.

 


 

Pickup Orders

Orders marked for pickup are typically ready within 24–48 hours. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is available.

Please pick up your order within 30 days of receiving the ready notification. Orders not collected within this period will be canceled without a refund.
